Donald Mitchell
Managing Director
Donald Mitchell is a Springfield resident with a 30-year history of real estate development and entrepreneurship. Donald's breadth of experience comprises the public sector, including the Springfield mayor’s office, owning and operating his own businesses, non-profit management, and real estate development and investment.
Donald lives in Springfield with his wife Denise and four-legged "bestie" Rambo. Donald has three adult daughters, Nia, Kayla, and Alicia. Donald enjoys travelling and exploring new places, reading, and watching his youngest daughter compete on the hardwood!
Joseph Kane
VP of Operations
Joe Kane has over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. Joe’s leadership focus has been in the areas of Marketing and Communications, Public Relations, Customer Service, and Logistics.
Joe lives in East Longmeadow with his wife Stephanie and their four non-human family members. Joe enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking and is grateful for the frequent visits from his grandchildren.
Ronell Parker
Assistant Program Manager
Ronell Parker shares his talent and passion with DM Renaissance Development as our de facto artist in residence. An accomplished music composer and videographer with over 20 years of experience in media production, Ronell drives the organization’s digital and social media presence. Additionally, as our Program Manager, he offers a critical perspective towards strategic initiatives.

ViaMaris Mateo
Assistant Property Manager
With over 8 years of Property Management Experience and 10+ years in a variety of administrative roles, ViaMaris is an asset to the Team. ViaMaris has lent her talent to numerous exciting projects, and she points to 443 State Street in Springfield as one of her most rewarding experiences. One of ViaMaris’s most significant contributions to the team is her commitment to keeping all the balls in the air and making sure that results are delivered timely and efficiently.
ViaMaris was born and raised in the City of Chicopee, MA and credits her five responsible and well-adjusted (with some room for improvement) children for helping her to hone her scheduling, organization, and time management skills.
