The Wilmington Group will leverage our partnerships with community agencies and lending institutions to support Women/Minority owned business entities (W/MBEs). Our vision is to provide opportunities for smaller subcontractors to bid on projects for which they may not otherwise qualify.

Our leadership team and staff will work directly with public and private partners to provide technical assistance to participating W/MBEs.
We will deliver an effective array of capacity building services that enables each company to be profitable and competitive.
We will help participating businesses focus on their trade, while the Wilmington Group manages their daily work flow, preparing them to scale up at their own pace.
